This series of tilt switches is based on a flexible design that can achieve angle detection or direction recognition in different application scenarios. Depending on the installation status, it can achieve omnidirectional tilt detection, vibration detection, flip detection in horizontal state, and unidirectional angle detection and state recognition in vertical or lateral state in different directions.

1. The cavity is integrated with double or multiple beads and processed with multiple precision angle guide holes to ensure reliable contact or disconnection of the switch in different states;
2. The core ball, contact and cavity are all made of thickened gold plating process, which has extremely low contact resistance and ultra long service life;
3. Integrated packaging in vacuum state, anti soldering flux, anti oxidation, and anti penetration;
4. Fully automated production, using a universal rotating testing platform for multi-dimensional and multi angle full inspection and shipment.
